SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship to anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. We also offer a local pick up option and local delivery. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. RETURNS

​

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

​

To return an item, please email us at camille@maxs-market.com. If we accept the return we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you once we receive the item and will let you know if the return is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically sent to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

​

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We accept credit/debit card payments. We will accept all major credit cards. We also accept Apple pay.
